Premium Organically Grown Arnica Flowers, Dried

Arnica is a low-growing perennial with daisy-like flowers with a yellow center and lighter-colored petals.  Bristly white hairs attached to the ovary give the herb a fuzzy appearance. Arnica is sometimes used to flavor foods, but is most widely used in topical skin applications.

Make an herbal compress :  Pour 1/4 cup boiling water over 2 teaspoons of dried arnica flowers and steep for 10 to 15 minutes.  Strain and soak clean cotton or wool cloth into the liquid and apply to affected area.  If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
